Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. *Rush Holiday Season processing time might be reduced to 1 business day, which will reflect in delivery estimations.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone (if provided)

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment to P.O. boxes is available via USPS only.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The site is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be applied to the shipment of your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The site is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may need an affidavit from us. In this case, please contact btbus@gmail.com

International Shipping Policy

For international shipping, we follow all the same procedures according to the carrier chosen by the customer. We take any additional legal actions that might be required. Any extra expenses (like customs Value Added Taxes- VAT) that may apply should be covered by the customer. The longer delivery time of an International order may apply depends on the carrier and countries of transit and final destinations. Due to customs procedures that can take extended time we will not consider missing until 90 days after shipped. Please use our tracking tool to see your package movement. Once package has reached its country of destination, please contact your local postal service for more efficient tracking. If for some reason shipment of any particular item to any specific country is not possible at a moment, we will contact the customer via email to specify further actions applied.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer,
  • The package being unclaimed within the required timeframe according to local postal regulations,
  • Or if the package is denied upon delivery (including refusal to pay customs fees),

the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

If a replacement order is sent at our expense, we may waive the original shipping fee at our discretion.
